The Terre Haute Police Department discovered a body in downtown Terre Haute on Sunday.
According to Lt. Justin Sears, the Terre Haute Police and Fire Departments rushed to an alley in the 600 block of Wabash Avenue after receiving a complaint of an unconscious person. When they arrived, they discovered the person had died.
The report states that there is no threat to the public at this time.
Terre Haute Police Department Detectives will continue to investigate the situation, along with the Vigo County Coroner’s Office.
