Charges have been filed against a Jefferson City couple detained during a drug raid earlier this week.
The raid took place Wednesday morning at an apartment in the 500 block of Driftwood Drive. William Wilson, 42, and Kathryn Wilson, both adults, were arrested. They were both charged on Thursday with possession of a controlled substance.
According to court documents, officers discovered around five grams of methamphetamine in Kathryn’s purse, as well as a methamphetamine-loaded needle inside one of William’s shoes.
A runaway was discovered inside the residence. They were removed from their apartment and taken to the Juvenile Center.
