Four people were hurt after a shooting in Springfield Friday afternoon.
According to a Springfield Police Division lieutenant, crews were called to the 1500 block of Charles Street around 5:25 p.m. for a shooting.
The lieutenant confirmed that four people were shot and taken to local hospitals.
There was no information on their conditions accessible at the time.
Police Chief Allison Elliott stated that there is currently no threat to the public following the shooting.
