A man wanted on a homicide warrant out of Texas was apprehended in Love County on Tuesday following a pursuit.
Michael Hernandez, 38, was booked into the Love County Jail on charges of evading arrest, possessing a firearm by a convicted felon, and possessing paraphernalia.
The Love County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies discovered an AK-47 and a handgun in his possession.
