A missing 17-year-old was discovered in a Centre County residence with a 34-year-old guy, State College police confirmed.
Michael Gnudi, 34, of Yatesville, was detained by State College police on April 6 while assisting the Old Forge Police Department in Lackawanna County in the search for a missing 17-year-old girl.
On April 5, the teen girl’s relatives reported her missing. It was thought she might have been traveling with Gnudi. On April 6, Gnudi’s vehicle was discovered outside a Harris Township home.
State College police say the teen was discovered inside the house following a consensual search. She was returned to her father’s custody. Gnudi was arrested.
Gnudi was charged with concealing a child’s whereabouts and corrupting minors. He is currently in Centre County Prison, on $50,000 bail.
