Police are asking the public for assistance in locating the family of an elderly woman who was discovered wandering east Baltimore on Friday.
On April 10, police said the woman was discovered in the 4100 block of Raymonn Ave. in the Belair-Edison neighborhood.
Police believe the woman is suffering from dementia.
