18-Year-Old Teen Allegedly Threatened to crash car into Greater Cincinnati high school, kill principal

According to court documents, an 18-year-old allegedly made threats to ram his vehicle into a Greater Cincinnati high school with the intent to kill the principal and counselor.

Court papers reveal that Ashton Zhao faces accusations of making terroristic threats on April 26.

Authorities say Zhao made threats against individuals at Lakota West High School. Police reports indicate he stated “he was planning to drive his vehicle into Lakota West High School.”

Court documents state, “Zhao specifically expressed the desire to kill the school principal and counselor.” West Chester Police confirmed that Zhao was arrested and in custody at Butler County Jail.
