Allegheny County sold a winning Scratch-Off ticket for $10,000 every month for life.
The winning ticket was purchased at Century Square Shop ‘n Save, 2381 Mountain View Drive, West Mifflin. The store will receive $10,000 for selling it.
The Pennsylvania Lottery sells $10,000 a Month for Life tickets for $5. This game allows winners to choose between lifetime monthly payments and a lump amount.
Scratch-Off tickets are allocated at random, so the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers have no idea where winning tickets will be sold. The Lottery only learns of a winning ticket’s sale location after the winner has claimed the prize.
