A Maryland man is facing multiple charges after police say he shoplifted from a store, assaulted an officer, and attempted to bring drugs into a jail, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
The suspect was identified as Victor Lopez Pastilla, 24, of Fort Washington, Maryland.
