Southern crowns Prom King and Queen at Midnight Garden

RACINE, Ohio – Southern High School held their Junior/Senior Prom this past weekend and crowned a King and Queen of the prom.

Austin Baker was crowned King and Jacynda Glover was crowned Queen. Others in the court for King candidates in addition to Baker were Logan Drummer, Jensen Anderson, Noah Diddle, and Weston Thorla. Queen candidates in addition to Glover were Madison Lisle, Peyton Anderson, Tori Chaney, and Marissa Brooker.

The theme for the prom was “Midnight Garden” with the hallways decorated all the way to gymnasium which was completely transformed into a beautiful garden space. Refreshments were also served.

Students arrived for walk-in included everything from trucks, classic cars, a limo and even a fire truck.
