Two Louisville men were sentenced on federal charges for distribution charges in Mississippi.
Aaron Hughes, 33, and Warren Goss, 58, both pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, despropionyl fentanyl, and heroin. Hughes was also convicted of a firearms charge.
On March 24, 2026, Hughes was sentenced to 108 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release, according to prosecutors. On May 12, 2026, Goss was sentenced to 70 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
According to prosecutors, the convictions stemmed from a Homeland Security Task Force operation carried out by the FBI, HSI, and the Louisville Police Department.
