The Massachusetts State Lottery has announced that Doreen Campbell of Brockton has won a $1 million prize in the “10,000,000 Instant Millions” $20 quick ticket game.
Campbell chose the cash option for her award, receiving a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).
