A man is in trouble for trespassing on Miami Beach.
The video shows officers taking a man into custody after allegedly getting into a dispute with staff at the Chesterfield Hotel on Collins Avenue on Thursday.
Employees reported to police that the man, Hanzo Blue, 30, was sleeping on furniture inside an employee-only area and refused to leave the premises.
When authorities arrived at the hotel, they saw Blue napping on a sofa, according to the arrest report.
According to the report, Blue fell back asleep after cops repeatedly told him to leave the property.
Blue is facing accusations for trespassing and resisting an officer without violence.
