A joint law enforcement operation into alleged drug manufacturing and trafficking at a Woodbridge, Virginia, smoke shop resulted in many arrests, the capture of a wanted individual, and the confiscation of huge amounts of drugs, vape cartridges, consumables, vehicles, and firearms.
According to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD), the inquiry centered on the Rat Pack Clubhouse on Richmond Highway.
According to investigators, the case began in early 2026, following anonymous accusations against the business.
According to police, Virginia State Police seized a package in March containing around 150 pounds of marijuana intended for Prince William County.
Around the same time, the North Carolina Highway Patrol intercepted a car and discovered that drugs were being transported from the Rat Pack Clubhouse to North Carolina.
During the inquiry, officers located and searched five locations. Four were in Woodbridge, including the Rat Pack Clubhouse, and one was in Alexandria, Fairfax County.
During the investigation of the Rat Pack Clubhouse, police said they discovered large quantities of marijuana and mushrooms.
According to investigators, those items were allegedly processed into wax and oil before being placed into vape cartridges and used to manufacture edible delicacies for sale. According to police, items were sold both online and in-person at the firm.
The objects confiscated during the searches included the following:
- More than 8,200 grams of marijuana
- More than 1,900 grams of psilocybin mushrooms
- More than 1,600 THC gummies
- More than 2,500 THC vape cartridges
- More than 2,900 grams of THC oil
- More than 2,400 marijuana pre-rolls
- More than 1,600 THC edibles
- More than 4,100 grams of THC wax
- More than 670 grams of kratom
- More than 900 psilocybin edibles
- More than 300 marijuana seeds
- More than 40 jars of marijuana concentrated oil
- More than 60 grams of kief
- More than 5 kilograms of cocaine
- About 2 grams of fentanyl
- Three vehicles
- Three firearms
According to police, Wilquins Charleston, 50, of Woodbridge, was detained on June 23 and charged with conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana. His court date is scheduled for September 25.
Jacob Tyler Wiley, 28, of Norfolk, was arrested on July 3 and charged with possessing a Schedule I or II drug with the intent to distribute, as well as possessing a handgun with illicit narcotics. His court date is scheduled for October 23.
Police are still hunting for Matthew Blake Pollard, 25, of Alexandria. He is wanted for conspiracy to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana, which is his third or subsequent violation.
Pollard is described by police as a white man who is 6’5″ tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
During the investigation, the police department’s task force, which included agency members as well as officers from Manassas and Manassas Park, collaborated with state and federal law enforcement agencies in Virginia and North Carolina.
