A Texas man won more than $85,000 after claiming an Easy 5 jackpot winning ticket.
Rodolfo Reyna bought the winning ticket from La Express #7 in Port Allen. Reyna, a Houston resident, has been crossing state borders to play Louisiana Lottery games for nearly 13 years, according to the Louisiana Lottery Corporation.
“Congratulations to Mr. Reyna on his big win,” said Rose Hudson, lottery president. “Easy 5 offers players the best overall odds of any of our draw-style games, resulting in several wins and reasons to smile.”
On October 9, Reyna claimed the ticket at the Lottery headquarters in Baton Rouge. The Oct. 7 drawing’s winning numbers were 09-17-20-32-35.
