Dorothy Mae Nicholson, 96, of Middleport

Dorothy Mae Nicholson, 96, of Middleport, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on July 22, 2020.  She was born on November 24, 1923 in Rutland, Ohio daughter of the late Ernest Harold Molden and Jestie Grace Molden.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Sue (Carter) French and Martha Jean Nicholson; grandchildren, Wayne Evan Shrimplin and Patrick Gale (Misty) Shrimplin; great grandchildren, Dale Peyton (Jessica) Shrimplin and Sydney Lynn (Thomas) James; and great great granddaughter, Chole Lynn Shrimplin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Nicholson.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 12 p.m. with Pastor Russ Moore officiating at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Middleport.  Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
