Pierce and Greenlee Promoted at Home National Bank

RACINE, Ohio – Home National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Randy Pierce to Executive Vice President and Kristy Greenlee to Vice President, Operations and HR.

Pierce joined HNB in July of 2017 and played a key role in opening and growing our Middleport branch. A Wahama High School alum, Pierce attended West Virginia Institute of Technology, and is a graduate from the Ohio Bankers League Management School. Pierce serves on the board of directors for Meigs County Chamber and Middleport Business Association. He is also a Deacon and Sunday School Director at Faith Baptist Church (Mason, WV) and varsity golf coach for Wahama High School. Pierce lives in Mason, Wv with his wife of 34 years, Elizabeth Pierce. Pierce has two grown sons, Colin and Nolan.

“Randy has been instrumental to the success of our Middleport branch and in this new role, he will focus on growing both or physical branches as well as our digital branch,” said Home National Bank President John Hoback.

Kristy Greenlee joined Home National Bank in 2018 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility since. With over 20 years of banking experience, Greenlee leads the operations and teller teams to deliver the best customer experience. After graduating from Wahama High School, she attended West Virginia Institute of technology and is a recent graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Management School. Greenlee resides in Racine, Ohio and has two daughters, Miranda and Logan.
