Meigs Chamber to Host Community Pool Party
SYRACUSE, Ohio – A night of free swimming is being sponsored by Meigs County Chamber of Commerce and Tourism.
Meigs County London Pool will be open from 6-8 p.m. on August 1 for free community pool party. Rockin’ Reggie will be playing games, having prizes and playing music. Kona Ice will also be there.
The chamber has worked to promote business and networking in the county, but they are also focusing on youth.
“Historically, events hosted by the Meigs County Chamber of Commerce were adult focused. This year we decided to change things up a bit by adding or supporting events that are more family oriented. Some of those events include partnering with Meigs High School for their UNICEF Event, Kickin’ Summer Bash, Community Pool Party, and participating in the Meigs County Fair Kids Day. The 90+ members of the Meigs County Chamber of Commerce would like everyone to know that they exist not only to support our local businesses but the entire community. You as a member of the community have supported our businesses for years and we would like to return the favor,” said Meigs County Chamber Director Susan White.
