Toledo police are seeking two adults who they said left a south Toledo nursing facility and may be at risk due to medical conditions.
According to a Toledo police social media post, Kent Cardell, 64, and John Womack, 69, left a nursing home at 1011 N. Byrne Rd. They reportedly left Thursday around 5:30 p.m.
According to police, both Cardell and Womack are in wheelchairs and require numerous medications.
Womack was last seen wearing a brown corduroy jacket, while Cardell was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, according to officials’ social media post.
Both adults are depicted here, with further identifying information.
