Gallia County Escaped Prisoner Back in Custody
GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – A prisoner that escaped from the Gallia County Jail has been taken into custody.
According to Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin, Richard Clements Jr., 41, was taken into custody by the United States Marshal Service in Circleville, Ohio.
Clements escaped from the Gallia County Jail on Aug. 11, 2019.
