A Conroe man has been taken into custody for felony illegal dumping following an investigation by the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. Travis Dando, 28, of Conroe, Texas, was arrested following a complaint on Appian Way in Roman Forest.
The arrest was made by the Nuisance Abatement Deputy assigned to Commissioner Matt Gray, according to a Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office press release. Dando had already been warned and had picked up rubbish he dumped last year, but he reportedly did not learn his lesson.
