A 28-year-old woman was charged with criminal trespass after she allegedly jumped from a balcony and attempted to enter an apartment without consent.
Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 2 responded to a suspicious person report on February 17, 2026, at 8625 Winkler Drive in Houston. Upon arriving, property management advised them that a girl had been witnessed jumping from a balcony and attempting to enter an apartment without the owner’s permission.
The suspect, Fant Jomecia, was located and arrested without incident, according to a department press release.
The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted a criminal trespass case against Jomecia. She was detained and transferred to the Harris County Jail, where she was booked without incident.
Everything about this incident is public record, and all suspects are deemed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
