A man died in a single-car crash Tuesday night on Chicago’s West Side.
Around 8:30 p.m., a black vehicle driving northbound on Hamlin Boulevard near Washington Boulevard jumped the curb and collided with a tree, according to Chicago police.
A 34-year-old man was discovered inside the vehicle. He was brought to Stroger Hospital, where he eventually died. As of Wednesday morning, he has not been recognized by the Cook County medical examiner.
Police stated no further injuries were recorded.
