The Cleveland Division of Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered 1-year-old child, along with a 26-year-old suspect who allegedly refused to return the child.
Authorities are searching for 1-year-old Josiah Callaway.
Police say the child’s mother had allowed the suspect, Tamara Hagler, also known as Talayjaha Hunter, to care for the child for about a year.
When the child’s mother attempted to retrieve Callaway, the suspect refused to communicate with her or with law enforcement and has not returned the child.
Callaway has brown hair and brown eyes.
