Three members of a Maryland-based motorcycle club are facing charges after they allegedly stole motorcycles from Harley-Davidson dealerships across Pennsylvania.
The Attorney General’s Office announced charges Thursday against Jermaine Holland, 53, Jennifer M. Heist, 48, and Craig Grinage, 36, in connection with the theft of five motorcycles.
Authorities said that in most cases, one member of the motorcycle club would make a small purchase at a dealership while another member stole a motorcycle.
The incidents took place between April 2 and July 20, 2025, across Dauphin, York, Bucks, Lehigh, and Monroe counties.
“In one case, a customer was robbed of their motorcycle at gunpoint,” the attorney general’s office wrote in a press release.
The armed robbery occurred on July 20, 2025, at the Eisenhauer Harley-Davidson dealership in Manchester Township, York County.
Holland allegedly climbed onto a customer’s motorcycle and attempted to ride off when the owner tried to intervene. Authorities said Holland then pointed a gun at the customer before leading police on a high-speed chase into Maryland, where officers later captured him.
In total, the stolen motorcycles in Pennsylvania were valued at approximately $200,000.
The attorney general’s office said those charged are members of the “Guerilla Motorcycle Club,” a chapter of the Maryland-based Wheels of Soul club.
“This brazen and violent group made a big mistake coming into the Commonwealth to commit crimes,” Pennsylvania Attorney General Sunday said in a press release. “With our law enforcement partners in Maryland, we have built cases that will put a stop to this pattern of lawlessness.”
Authorities said the suspects remain in custody in Maryland and will be arraigned on Pennsylvania charges at a later date.
Each of the suspects is charged with felony corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery, and related offenses.
