Attorney General Dave Sunday said that three people of a Maryland-based motorcycle organization have been charged in connection with alleged motorcycle thefts from Harley-Davidson businesses in five eastern Pennsylvania counties.
Jermaine Holland, 53, Jennifer Heist, 48, and Craig Grinage, 36, are accused of stealing between April 2, 2025, and July 20, 2025, in Bucks, Dauphin, Lehigh, Monroe, and York counties, according to Sunday.
All three were charged with felony corrupt organizations, organized retail theft, robbery, and related crimes.
According to an investigation conducted by the Office of the Attorney General’s Organized Retail Crime Section, the majority of incidents involved a club member making a small purchase inside the dealership while another member allegedly stole a motorcycle.
According to the attorney general’s Office, one client was robbed at gunpoint of their motorcycle.
The heist happened on July 20, 2025, at the Eisenhauer Harley Davidson dealership in Manchester Township, York County. According to the investigation, Holland hopped into a customer’s motorcycle and drove away after the client tried to stop him.
Holland allegedly pointed a gun at the customer and instructed them to back away. He led authorities on a high-speed chase into Maryland and was eventually apprehended.
“This brazen and violent group made a big mistake coming into the Commonwealth to commit crimes,” Sunday stated. “With our law enforcement partners in Maryland, we have built cases that will put a stop to this pattern of lawlessness.”
Holland, Heist, and Grinage are members of the Guerilla Motorcycle Club, a chapter of the Maryland-based Wheels of Soul Club. Maryland authorities have prosecuted club members with similar offenses in their state.
According to the Attorney General’s Office, the stolen motorcycles were worth approximately $200,000.
The accused are in jail in Maryland and will be arraigned on the Pennsylvania allegations later.
