A five-day-old newborn was discovered and taken to the hospital after an Amber Alert was issued on Saturday.
The Department of Public Safety has discontinued an Amber Alert issued soon after 6 p.m. for a five-day-old boy last seen in Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, about 11:15 a.m., Tyler and Asia Olson took the baby from a medical clinic near 30th Street and McDowell Road without medical clearance.
The child was in critical condition when the couple left the facility, according to investigators.
Officials said the baby and his parents were found in Mohave County shortly after the Amber Alert was issued.
The baby was taken to a local hospital for treatment, and his parents have since been arrested.
The investigation is underway.
