A man was discovered stabbed to death Monday night on Chicago’s South Side, according to police.
Man fatally stabbed in Chatham
At around 9:25 p.m., police arrived to the 8000 block of South Ellis Avenue in the city’s Chatham district after discovering a 48-year-old man with stab wounds to his body.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
It remains unclear what led up to the stabbing, and the identity of the victim is still unknown.
There have been no arrests announced. Detectives from Area Two are conducting an investigation.
