A Jericho limited liability company has won the $13.9 million New York LOTTO jackpot in a Christmas Eve drawing, lottery officials said on Monday.
Swiftkicks Holdings LLC won the top prize by matching all six numbers drawn on December 24: 04, 11, 23, 38, 41, and 49.
The corporation, founded in March 2026, nearly three months after the winning draw, chose the cash value option, receiving a one-time lump sum of $4.78 million after statutory withholdings rather than the entire annuitized jackpot amount.
New York lottery winners can collect their awards through a business entity. After a jackpot victory, LLCs are routinely formed to claim awards anonymously, as well as for liability and tax purposes.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lovely Cards & Gifts, which is located at 416 Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville.
