The Barberton Police Department said Monday that three teenagers had been taken into custody in connection with an ongoing investigation.
According to authorities, the three arrests are part of the investigation into the murder of Akron resident Benjamin Hutchison, 20, which occurred last week on June 18.
On Saturday, the Barberton Detective Bureau and the Barberton SWAT Team carried out arrest and search warrants.
The warrants were served simultaneously at two locations in the city.
Two 15-year-old Barberton lads were detained, according to police.
Both were charged with murder and detained at the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.
A third suspect was apprehended in Akron, according to Barberton Police, with the assistance of the United States Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF).
A 16-year-old boy from Akron was arrested and charged with murder.
The 16-year-old boy was also booked at the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center.
