A former Corinth pharmacist was sentenced for conspiring to commit healthcare fraud.
Ricky Wayne Quinn has been sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release, according to Attorney General Lynn Fitch.
This follows John Anthony “Andy” Null’s sentencing on April 20, 2026.
Between 2017 and 2021, Fitch claimed that Null and Quinn, former pharmacists and owners of Medical Plaza Pharmacy in Corinth, deliberately submitted false and fraudulent claims to Medicare and Medicaid for pharmaceutical medications that were not dispensed to patients.
Null and Quinn were sentenced to pay the full $786,972.10 restitution to the Mississippi Division of Medicaid.
