A man was slain in Westwood after a shooting on Saturday evening, according to Cincinnati police.
Officers said they were dispatched to the 5500 block of Glenway Avenue at 6 p.m. on a report of a person shot.
When they arrived, they located Shadeed Coggins, 18, with gunshot wounds.
According to police, Coggins was brought to UC Medical Center and pronounced deceased.
The victim was initially reported to be critically injured.
Officials said they are hunting for a suspect and continue to investigate the event.
