Two men were hospitalized Tuesday night after a fight turned into a stabbing in Mesa, authorities said.
According to the Mesa Police Department, officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Crismon Road and Coralbell Avenue, near Skyline Park, at 7:30 p.m. after receiving complaints of a dispute involving numerous people.
When police arrived at the scene, they discovered two individuals with injuries consistent with stab wounds.
One man was admitted to the hospital in stable but critical condition. Meanwhile, the other’s injuries were deemed non-life threatening.
There is no current threat to the community.
A person was apprehended in connection with the event, and authorities are investigating their participation.
