ORIGINAL: A missing adult alert was issued statewide for a missing Ohio woman.
The Columbus Police Department issued a nationwide Missing Adult alert for a 69-year-old woman who walked away from her home and has not returned.
Cindy Smith, 69, is missing after leaving her house on Hanna Drive in Columbus at 10 p.m. on November 28.
Law enforcement is concerned about her safety.
Smith is a white female standing 5’2″ tall, weighing 140 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes.
