Community members and local authorities are searching for Bianca Johnson, a 37-year-old woman who has been reported missing since Wednesday, January 28. Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating her after she was last spotted near 136th Pl. in Riverdale.
According to a statement made by the Chicago Police Department, Johnson stands between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 160 to 170 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a dark brown complexion.
Johnson, identified as an African American woman, is known to visit the Altgeld Gardens area.
According to the CPD, she has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, which has raised significant concerns among officers. With brown eyes and last communication on January 28, the challenge of dealing with mental health concerns heightens the urgency of her disappearance.
