4 Cincinnati Men Sentenced For Drug Conspiracy; Alleged Ringleader Receives Over 20 Years

Four Cincinnati men face prison time for their roles in a large-scale narcotics scheme that provided drugs to West End people.

Damien Tribble and Edmond Hurt both received three-year prison sentences on Thursday. Gregory Isham received a sentence of nearly five years.

Kevin Deramus, the head of the drug trafficking organization, was sentenced to 24 and a half years in prison Wednesday.

Another man, Dorian Freeman, has yet to be sentenced.

During raids on stash homes in 2024, authorities discovered large quantities of cocaine, loaded firearms, and $291,000 in cash.
