Chicago police are investigating after a 4-month-old baby boy was discovered dead inside a South Side house Thursday afternoon.
Police said just before 2 p.m. Thursday, officers were dispatched to the 7600 block of South Parnell Avenue in Greater Grand Crossing and discovered the 4-month-old boy unresponsive inside the residence.
Investigators said the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, no foul play is suspected at this moment.
No other information was provided, and investigators are investigating.
