A drug bust in Tennessee led to the arrest of three Detroit men and the recovery of 11 pounds of drugs.
According to authorities, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office attempted a traffic stop on a Dodge Caravan in Knoxville just after midnight on Friday, March 27, as part of an investigation into a possible Detroit-to-Knoxville narcotics pipeline.
The Dodge apparently fled the scene, sparking a brief chase that resulted in the arrest of three Detroit men, the recovery of six pounds of methamphetamine, five pounds of marijuana, and more than $5,000 in cash.
Kevin Foy, 33, James Costner, 41, and Domaino Farris, 21, were detained and charged with possession with intent to distribute 300 or more grams of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, tampering with evidence, and evading arrest in a vehicle.
