3 sisters found dead in ocean at popular tourist beach as police investigation mysterious tragedy

Three sisters whose bodies were discovered in the sea near Brighton Beach last week have been legally identified as police continue to investigate the circumstances of their deaths and their bereaved father pays passionate homage to his daughters.

Jane Adetoro, 36; Christina Walters, 32; and Rebecca Walters, 31, all of Uxbridge, London, were discovered in the water near Black Rock car park early Wednesday morning, according to Sussex Police.

The tragedy has horrified communities in Brighton and London. The twins’ father released a heartfelt tribute, describing them as “unique and precious. ” No words can really explain the anguish of losing three girls in their prime. Jane, Christina, and Becky were more than just daughters to me; they were my joy, strength, and the bright light that radiated happiness and love throughout our family,” he continued.

Authorities said there is currently no proof of wrongdoing or third-party involvement, but detectives are conducting exhaustive investigations to determine how the women ended up in the water.

Specialist detectives are studying hundreds of hours of CCTV footage to determine the women’s final movements between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Police are asking anybody who saw the sisters near Madeira Drive between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday to come forward.

According to Chief Superintendent Adam Hays, detectives will look into all possible causes of the three sisters’ deaths. I understand that this incident has had a significant impact on the Brighton community and across the country, and I’d like to reassure the public that we will go to any length in our investigation to determine what caused the tragic events of Wednesday morning,” Hays said in a statement.

The Superintendent requested privacy for the Walters family during this “terrible tragedy” probe. This inquiry will proceed in earnest, with Jane, Christina, and Rebecca’s families at the forefront. I would like to request that they be allowed the privacy they need to cope with this awful event,” Hays said.

The sisters’ father, Joseph, concluded his message in tribute to the souls of his three daughters:

“Even though you are no longer with us, your spirit lives on in our hearts every day. “Love like yours never dies; you will always be a part of our lives, prayers, and memories,” Joseph stated.
