Actor Nick Pasqual, who appeared in “How I Met Your Mother” and other television shows, was sentenced to 32 years to life in jail today for stabbing a Hollywood makeup artist he was dating in 2024.
Pasqual, 36, was found guilty by a jury last month of attempted murder, forced rape, first-degree burglary, wounding a spouse or partner, and special allegations that he inflicted serious bodily harm on the victim while engaged in domestic violence. According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the jury also determined that he used a knife while committing the murder.
He was convicted on Tuesday at the San Fernando Courthouse for several charges committed between January and May 2024.
Pasqual’s ex-girlfriend, Allie Shehorn, testified against him during trial.
Pasqual allegedly stormed into Shehorn’s Sunland home around 4:30 a.m. on May 23, 2024, stabbed her over 20 times, fled, and was apprehended at a Texas border checkpoint.
