The Florida Lottery just announced that Montrez Harris of Miami won the $5 million top prize in the 200X The Cash scratch-off game.
The South Florida man elected to receive his prize in the form of a single lump-sum payment of $2,779,400.
Harris acquired his winning ticket at Raceway, which is located at 3695 N.W. 183rd Street in Miami Gardens.
