1.7 pounds of fentanyl found after Lebanon police search truck, 2 charged

Two men are in Lebanon County Prison, with a combined bond of $1.6 million, after over a pound and a half of fentanyl was seized last week, according to court records.

According to a criminal complaint, Lebanon City Police discovered the cocaine after meeting with Wesley Quesada-Rivera, 34, of Florida, at 22 North 16th Street in Lebanon around 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 25.

Meanwhile, authorities said Lebanon resident Irving Guzman-Hernandez, 42, was sitting in the front passenger seat of a pickup driven by Quesada-Rivera. Police were able to obtain a warrant to search the truck.

Police said they discovered 772 grams, or roughly 1.7 pounds, of suspected packed fentanyl in a paper bag, along with $24,000 in cash wrapped in rubber bands.

Court records reveal that both men face six drug charges, three of which are felonies and three of which are misdemeanors.
