A person who was reported missing on August 30 was found dead outside a Roanoke residence on Tuesday, according to the Roanoke Police Department.
Blake Sturm was last seen leaving his house in Southeast Roanoke’s 800 block of Morrill Avenue, according to authorities. Officers rushed to the home on Tuesday after receiving a report that Sturm had died on the property.
According to officials, the death does not appear suspicious at this time. A death inquiry is underway.
