A 32-year-old woman wanted on felony driving while intoxicated charges was detained in El Paso on Wednesday, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct Three.
According to a news release, a sergeant discovered that Janet Pacheco had an outstanding criminal warrant for her third or more DWI, with a bond of $50,000.
According to the constable’s office, Pacheco posted a personal recognizance bail in connection with the felony DWI allegation. She allegedly breached the terms of her parole following her arrest on October 3. According to the constable’s office, Pacheco was detained for assault and harming a family member.
