Crime Victims’ Rights Week Resource Event to be Held

POMEROY, Ohio – A resource fair will be held at the Pomeroy Levee in recognition of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week on April 29, 2022 from 5-7 p.m.

The week of April 24-30, 2002 is designated as National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. The theme for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week 2022 is “Rights, Access, Equity, for all victims.” This year’s theme underscores the importance of helping crime survivors find their justice by:

  • enforcing victims’ rights,
  • expanding access to services, and
  • ensuring equity and inclusion for all.

The event will offer resource information, food vendors, raffle items, guest speakers and community partners.
