A man was detained in Porter after a traffic stop revealed he was riding a stolen motorcycle, according to Montgomery County officials.
The suspected suspect, a documented gang member of the Aryan Brotherhood, fought arrest but was eventually apprehended.
The motorcycle was reported stolen in Harris County, Texas, and the suspect is now facing felony charges of improper use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest, according to a press release from Montgomery County Constable Kenneth Rowdy Hayden, Pct. 4.
The suspect has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail, and the motorcycle will be returned to its rightful owner.
