On September 29, 2025, deputies from Harris County Precinct Two responded to a hit-and-run crash at the H-E-B in the 9800 block of Blackhawk Blvd in the South Belt/Ellington region.
The complainant stated that a black BMW sedan struck his parked Chevrolet Tahoe while he was shopping inside. Witnesses watched the BMW pull out of a parking spot, strike the Tahoe, and then speed away from the scene. admitted
Store loss prevention provided deputies with video security footage of the crash and the suspect fleeing the scene. A store employee also photographed the suspect as he left the premises.
Deputies later contacted the suspect, Phandhat Eua-Nadit, at the registered owner’s home. A black BMW with the same description and registration plate was also found at the property. Eua-Nadit admitting to hitting the vehicle and fleeing the scene.
He was arrested and charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information (FSGI) over $200.
