Law enforcement found drugs and firearms after executing a search warrant in Miller County on Tuesday.
On October 2, Miller County deputies and Eldon police officers executed a search warrant at a North Oak Street residence in Eldon.
Stephanie Wallace, 24, and Gavin Sean Crowley, 22, were present at the apartment.
Both individuals were arrested.
Law enforcement searched the home and uncovered the following:
- One gram of fentanyl
- Foil containing methamphetamine
- 16 Alprazolam pills
- 29 buprenorphine and naloxone pills
- One hydrocodone pill
- A bottle of Promethazine VC with codeine.
- 2 Clonazepam pills
- Numerous new and used baggies
- Numerous pieces of aluminum foil
- Glass smoking pipe
- Multiple loaded pistol magazines
- Two AK style magazines
- 5 shotgun shells
- Glock-like pistol lower with no serial number
Crowley and Wallace acknowledged living upstairs.
Both were arrested and sent to the Miller County Jail, where they were held without bond.
Both were charged with five charges of possession of a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking of drugs, and delivering a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
