A Cumberland County man has been charged with threatening a woman with a firearm, according to Upper Allen Township police.

Kevin Bucek, 44, is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and harassment following an incident reported on Monday night.

Police said they got a phone call from a victim who said she had been receiving threatening texts from Bucek.

Bucek reportedly threatened to come to her residence with a firearm to “confront her.” He was later apprehended without incident at his home, according to police.

Bucek is currently in Cumberland County Prison and is awaiting a preliminary hearing on October 30.
