Police arrested a man for using the bathroom at a 7-Eleven convenience store.
Officers were dispatched to the 7-Eleven at 2605 E. State Road 50 in Clermont on December 29 after a clerk observed 43-year-old Julio Cesar Cedeno enter the store and proceed to the restroom, according to an arrest report from the Clermont Police Department.
The clerk was aware that Cedeno had been formally excluded from the premises by a trespass order dated December 20.
Cedeno was arrested on a charge of trespassing. He was booked into the Lake County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
